The moment when I
first met Nick Carraway I thought he would just turn out to be a man that would
try to make everyone happy. The way he talked to Daisey and told her whatever
she wanted to hear about how everyone back in Chicago missed her and were still
in morning because of her absence, it was quite annoying. When he was
introduced I didn't even give him the time of day, I got up and Daisey
followed. But not with out pushing that she was somehow going to get Nick and I
together, which I wasn't too thrilled about. Nick was a boring fellow until he
pointed out the fact that he didn't know anyone else in New York. Even Gatsby.
I was shocked that he didn't know Gatsby, everyone knows Gatsby.
